Onboarding & Getting Started

airpay is an integrated payment platform that connects your business to over 200+ payment modes. We provide the technology to help you manage transactions seamlessly, whether you operate a local shop or an online enterprise.

We offer a 10% Digital Onboarding experience. Simply visit our merchant portal, enter your business details, and upload your documents digitally. There is no need for physical paperwork or manual submissions.

To activate your account, you will need basic digital copies of your PAN card, Bank details (such as a cancelled cheque), and proof of business address. The entire verification process is handled securely online.

We prioritize quick turnarounds. Once your digital KYC is submitted, approval typically takes just 24-48 hours , giving you near-instant access to start collecting payments.

Not at all. airpay is designed as a No-Code solution. You can set up your account and start using our payment tools through a user-friendly interface without any prior technical knowledge.

Payments & Features

You can accept payments via UPI, Credit and Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, and EMI options. We support a comprehensive suite of 200+ payment instruments to ensure you never miss a sale.

Yes. You can generate dynamic QR codes for instant UPI payments or deploy integrated POS machines to accept all major Credit and Debit cards directly at your storefront.

The process is frictionless. Whether a customer scans a QR code, taps a card, or uses a payment link, the transaction is processed securely in real-time with instant confirmation for both you and the customer.

You get access to a powerful Merchant Dashboard. This allows you to track every transaction, monitor your earnings, and download detailed settlement reports from any device.

Omnichannel means selling everywhere simultaneously. With a single airpay ID, you can accept payments on your website, via social media links, and inside your physical retail store.

Pricing, Security & Settlements

Our pricing is straightforward and competitive, starting at a 1.5% platform fee. We believe in transparency, so you can manage your margins without worrying about complex calculations.

No. Beyond the agreed-upon platform fees, airpay does not charge any hidden transaction fees or surprise maintenance costs. All costs are disclosed upfront.

We follow a standard T+1 settlement cycle. This ensures that the payments you collect are credited directly to your registered bank account by the next working day.

Security is our top priority. airpay is PCI-DSS compliant and strictly adheres to RBI guidelines, ensuring that your business data and your customers' financial information are fully encrypted and protected.

Our dedicated support team is available via Email, Live Chat, and our Toll-Free helpline. Enterprise partners also benefit from dedicated account managers for personalized assistance

Integrations and Developer Tools

Yes. airpay has ready plugins for the platforms most businesses already run on- Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, and other major carts, so you can switch on payments without rebuilding anything.

Absolutely. With PayByLink, create a payment link and share it over WhatsApp, email, or social in seconds- no code, no website needed. Dash Checkout and our no-code tools handle the rest.

airpay sends webhooks to your system the moment a transaction's status changes, so orders, inventory, and reconciliation stay in sync automatically.

One airpay ID powers all of it- website, in-app, payment links, and your physical counter. You can simply integrate airpay and manage everything from a single dashboard.

Recurring Payments and Subscriptions

Yes. airpay supports recurring billing through UPI AutoPay, card-on-file mandates, and e-mandates (e-NACH), so subscriptions, EMIs, and membership fees get collected on schedule- fully within RBI's mandate framework.

It's your customer's standing permission to debit an agreed amount on agreed dates. airpay sets it up digitally, with the customer authentication RBI requires built in.

Yes. Pre-debit notifications go out ahead of every recurring charge, as required by the regulator, so there are no surprises and far fewer disputes for you.

airpay retries failed mandates intelligently and flags genuine failures in your dashboard, so you can recover the revenue instead of quietly losing a subscriber.

Refunds, Chargebacks & Disputes

Full or partial refunds are a couple of clicks from your dashboard, or a single API call if you've automated it. The amount routes back to the customer's original payment method, and you can track its status end-to-end.

airpay alerts you the moment a chargeback or dispute is raised, shows you exactly what evidence the bank needs, and helps manage the representment.

Every transaction passes through risk and fraud checks, with authentication and smart-routing layers built to RBI's security standards. It is specially designed to keep genuine sales flowing while stopping suspicious ones.

Payouts, Split Settlements & Reconciliation

Yes. With airpay Payouts, pay vendors, partners, refunds, salaries, and commissions in bulk and at speed from the same platform you collect on.

Yes. airpay can automatically split a single customer payment between you and your sellers or partners at settlement, so everyone gets their share without manual transfers.

Download detailed settlement and reconciliation reports from your dashboard on any device, mapping every payout and collection back to the underlying transaction so your finance team closes the books faster.

Standard T+1- credited to your registered bank account by the next working day, with faster settlement options available depending on your business profile.

International & Cross-Border Payments

Yes and this is where airpay is built differently. We hold the RBI Payment Aggregator–Cross Border (PA-CB) license, so cross-border collection isn't a bolt-on; it's licensed core infrastructure.

Most providers can route an overseas card. airpay holds all three RBI payment aggregator licenses- online (PA-O), payouts (PA-P), and cross-border (PA-CB)-a regulated footprint that few competitors can match.

Yes. Dynamic Currency Conversion (DCC) lets international customers see and pay in their home currency at checkout, which lifts conversion on cross-border carts while you still settle cleanly on your side.

airpay's EXIM and cross-border capabilities are built for exactly this- moving money across borders for trade, with the licensing and compliance handled so you can focus on the business, not the paperwork.

No. The same airpay relationship extends across the corridor. As you grow into new markets, your payment infrastructure grows with you instead of starting over.

Business Growth, Capital & Wealth

Yes. Through airpay Capital, eligible merchants can access credit and working-capital options informed by their own transaction history.

More than that. Alongside accepting payments, airpay spans distribution (vyaapaar, wakala, amplify), capital, and money-movement and wealth products (airpay Money, Rafiki).

Very much so. airpay vyaapaar and our distribution network are built for businesses across Tier 3 to Tier 6 India, not just the metros- bringing the same digital payment and financial tools to merchants who've often been left out.

With a merchant-first relationship: real support, dedicated account management for enterprise partners, and a product stack that already covers your next stage before you reach it, we grow with you rather than handing you off once you're signed.
